Listings and reports

We publish the contact and business details supplied for listings. Visitor reports contain the listing, selected reason and any note you choose to send. Reports are visible to authorised team accounts and used to check directory information. Do not include sensitive personal information in a report.

Team access

Team login uses a necessary session cookie. We keep password hashes, session records and a record of team edits. Login and report requests use short-lived counters, which may include a hashed network address, to limit abuse.

Hosting and external links

The site runs on ChatGPT Sites infrastructure. Hosting providers may process request and technical logs. Calling, opening WhatsApp, directions or an external website takes you to another service with its own privacy practices. We have not added advertising trackers or visitor analytics.

Corrections and removal

For a correction or removal request relating to a listing, use its report button. The team reviews requests; submitting a report does not itself remove public information.

This notice describes the current testing website. Retention periods and a direct operator contact will be finalised before commercial launch.
